Arrival to Trabzon
Flying to İstanbul: If you fly to İstanbul, you can continue by bus or plane to Trabzon. The easiest way is to take a plane directly from the airport to Trabzon.
Flying to Trabzon: Concerning flights from Istanbul to Trabzon, every day there are 12 flights by different domestic companies (As Turkish Airlines, Pegasus Airlines, OnurAir) and the flight takes approximately 90 minutes. If you come by plane to Trabzon you will arrive to the Trabzon Airport. The Faculty vehicles will pick up participants from the airport to the hotel upon their arrival in Trabzon. The distance between the airport and the hotel is nearly 13 km. A group of local university students assigned by Local Organising Team will meet participants at the airport and help the participants to get to their hotels.
Bus to Trabzon: If the participants prefer bus travel from Istanbul to Trabzon there is an underground from airport to Esenler Coach Station. There are a lot of travelling companies which comes to Trabzon from the Bus Station of Istanbul (Esenler Otogari). The journey from İstanbul to Trabzon by bus takes about 17 hours. Trabzon bus Station is nearly 8km to the hotel. A group of local university students assigned by Local Organising Team will meet participants at the coach station and help the participants to get to their hotels.
