As you could realize there are flights to Trabzon at several times of the day. So you can arrive on August 18^th in the morning.
Nevertheless some planes land late in the evening. So if you are in that case, you are forced to choose between arriving late in the evening or spending the previous night in Trabzon . Therefore some of you wrote us to ask whether we could meet them at their arrival to Trabzon and whether we could provide them with one more night accommodation. You will be met at your arrival in order to be conducted to the hotel if you wish. An additional night costs you approximately 30 €.
Your rooms should be ready at noon on August 18^th. We will do our best in order to make them available before this time (9 or 8 a.m. for example).
Please mind that you will be met at your arrival to Trabzon in every case. Therefore we need your arriving information in order to be helpful. Please write to Bulent GUVEN (guvenbulent@gmail.com) in order to inform him about your arrival.
In addition, we remind you that a 3-6 pages paper (concerning your research questions, your research work in progress, and/or your preliminary results) MUST BE SENT TO <boero@dima.unige.it>, <selaharslan@yahoo.fr> NO LATER THAN MAY, 30 in order to be put in the YESS-4 website and made accessible to participants and experts
